    South Georgia College

    • At South Georga College, students can receive their associate's degree or certificate in over 20 fields including but not limited to English, sociology, recreation, biology, education, nursing and business management. The school has one of the highest number of faculty members with advanced degrees as well as one of the highest retention rates in Georgia. As of 2009, students are able to live on campus in the Tiger Village Residence Hall complex, which consists of two and four bedroom suites.

    Savannah College of Art and Design

    • Students interested in art and design have several options at the Savannah institution. They can choose to take classes in the School of Building Arts, School of Communications Arts, School of Design, School of Fashion, School of Film, Digital Media and Performing Arts, School of Fine Arts, School of Foundation Studies or the School of Liberal Arts. Students can also take courses off campus for internship and independent study credit in New York City, Los Angeles, Japan, London and other countries. An online program is also available.

    Georgia Southern University

    • With over 300 different undergraduate and graduate programs, Georgia Southern University students have many options. Programs include accomplished teaching, biostatistics, Irish studies, justice studies, religious studies, sports management and more. A botanical garden, wildlife education center, Georgia Southern Museum, art exhibits and a planetarium are also found on campus for students and visitors to enjoy. Students can also participate in clubs and activities such as the University Writing Center, Student Government Association, volunteer work, as well as sororities and fraternities.

    South Georgia Technical College

    • Most of South Georgia Technical College's degree programs can be completed in one to two years if the student attends full time. The certificate programs are generally completed within two to eight quarters (one to four academic years). Programs of study include early childhood education, practical nursing, culinary arts, criminal justice, aerospace, marketing management and more. Students can also participate in one or more of the seasonal sports such as football in the fall, basketball in the winter, softball in the spring and volleyball in the summer.
